The following applications for variance were considered: George Johnson, Detroit Lakes, MN, requested permission to enclose an'existihg 10' X 28' deck, 50' from lake, on Lot C of Osterman Survey Lots of G.L. 9, Section 7, Hobart Township.' After discussion, motion was made by David Trites, seconded by’.' ' I ; -Tom Stringer and carried, to deny approval as'no ^grounds for hardshipj'have been established. Reinhold Wendt, Dent, MN,requested permission to sell that portion of property located in Section 36, Dora Township, which has been an established resort of 1.3 acres, by metes and bounds description. ; After discussion, motion was made by Tom Stringer, seconded by, John Everts and carried, to^approve' request, because of health reasons and because the resort will remain unchanged having been graiid- fathered in.
