Motion was made by Cecil Femling, seconded by Carl Johnson and unanimously carried, to approve the
subdivision of a 100' by 100‘ tract from an existing 3 acre parcel with the condition that the 100' by 100'
tract will be permanently attached to Lot 2, Block 1, Dahlke Addition. This tract will not have residential
development.
