Judy K. Johnson and Jeff Jenne - Approved
Clem Hendrickson the land surveyor was the spokesperson for the applicants. He stated that there was no real
purpose for a new road to be built. Cecil Femfing stated that if the, applicants would agree to a 66 ft right to be
dedicated to the public that he would agree to the proposal . Ms Johnson was present and she agreed to the 66 ft
right away. Board member John Everts made the motion that it be approved and David Holmgren seconded the
motion. The audience was polled with no one speaking for or against the request. The proposal was unanimously
agreed upon by the board.

Property owner Jeff Jenne was in the office inquiring about recording Parcel (A) as shown on Survey
Doc# 1070483.(see attached)
Parcel (A) & (B) were approved to be created by way of Variance on 06/10/1999. Parcel (B) was
recorded in 2001 when sold. Parcel (A) was never recorded. Mr. Jenne went down to Auditors office to
see about having recorded they indicated they would not record due to the Surey that was recorded
shows parcel (A) smaller than initial Variance approval. Mr. Jenne was then sent to our Office to inquire
if L&R had any problems with letting this be recorded as surveyed. Per Administrator Bill Kalar based on
the Approval condition a 66' wide road dedicated to the public is required. If documentation is recorded
showing the dedicated public road our office sees no problem with the recording of Parcel (A) as
depicted on Survey Doc# 1070483. Even though the survey differs from original request, lot (A) meets
the minimum requirements for a lot on a NE lake.
