Motion
Motion was made by Randall Mann, seconded by John Everts and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 120’
from the required ordinary high water level setback of 200’ for the continued use of a motorized camper vehicle, with
an unattached deck, as presently located 80’ from the ordinary high water level with the condition that no permanent
structure will be allowed at this setback location and any permanent structure placed on this lot must be placed in a
location that meets the setback requirements of the ordinance. It was noted that the camper might be somewhat
within the building line at the 80’ setback.
