MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THEOTTER TAIL COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT The Otter Tail County Board of Adjustment met Thursday, December 1, 1983, with Frank Lachowitzer, George Walter, Craig Anderson, John Everts and Tom Stringer present. Chairman Walter called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.. Hearing no additions or corrections to the minutes of the November 3rd meeting, the Chairman declared said minutes approved as marled. The following requests for variance were heard; / Charles Brasel , Dent, MN, requested permission to allow a garage to remain as presently partially constructed on a tract of land in the SWi^SE'-^ of Section 27, Star Lake Town- After consideration, motion was made by John Everts to approve a 6' variance, hardship being proximity to sewer system, contingent upon garage doors facing the house, backing onto the property, and no oppostion from the County Highway Department. The motion was seconded by Craig Anderson and carried with Tom Stringer abstaining, having arrived after discussion period started. ship. Craig Anderson requested to be excused from consideration because of personal association with the applicant. After consideration, motion was made by George Walter, seconded by John Everts and carried, to deny, no hardship shown.
