Motion was made by David Holmgren, second by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 20’
from the required ordinary high water level setback of 50’ for the placement of a holding tank 30’ from a wetland.
Hardship is the terrain of the applicant’s property. It was also noted that this would be an improvement over the
existing situation.
