After consideration and discussion, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Paul Larson and carried with Cecil
Femling voting no, to approve a variance of 21 ’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 75’ for an 18’ by
18’ addition to an existing structure located 54’ from the ordinary high water level with the condition that an existing
shed must be placed in a location that complies with the setback requirements. The proposed addition is no closer to
the lake than the existing structure and the proposed addition will not obstruct the adjacent properties view.
