Embertson, Pelican Rapids, MN, request for placement of a sewer system on Lot 18, Block 1, Crystal Lida Beach, Lida Township, tabled from the November 4th meeting was discussed,. and carried, to table until the June 2nd meeting. Lot 2 Sec. 9, Twp. 135, Rge. 4l Split-Off - 94 foot parcel At the April ?, I983 hearing on my application for the above variance the matter was tabled by the Board to await my consideration of an agreement to the effect that at no time in the future would I use the split-off parcel in connection with the resort being operated on the remaining portion of Sublot B. I have considered the matter and wish to advise I will agree to this restriction* and at no time will I carry on any resort activity on the split-off parcel. I trust you will consider this letter as sufficient to cover the situation, and I will await your favorable action on my ap­ plication.
