deeding back to Mr. Jenson to include a restriction such that the westerly portion re
maining after removing the easterly part of S.L.B would be restricted to use of a dwelling
for a single family only, approve a side lot variance of five feet for each of the two lots
created by the division, line of division to be equadistant between the two existing houses,
subject to a surveyor's drawing.

April 7th meeting was returned for discussion,
by Tom Stringer to approve. subject to several conditions, being that appropriate
deeds be prepared, executed and delivered, whereby the deed back to Mr. Jenson~
would include a restriction such that the westerly portion that remains after re- ■
moving the easterly part of S.L. B would be restricted to use of dwelling for a single
family only, and the reason would be that there would be one less resort on the lake,
one less unit on the lake, no precedent established because the road and shoreline con
figuration are unique, also approve a side lot variance of five feet for each of the
two lots created by the division. Line of division would be equadistant between the

AFter consideration, motion was made

Kathryn L. Lei'tch, Fergus Falls, MN, request for permission to record a 1.26 acre
parcel of land in Section 36, Buse Township, without platting or surveyor's drawing,
tabled from the April 7th meeting was returned for consideration. After discussion
motion was made by Tom Stringer, seconded by Frank Lachowitzer and carried, to deny
for failure to show adequate hardship.
H. M. Embertson, Pelican Rapids, MN, request for placement of a sewer system on
Lot 18, Block 1, Crystal Lida Beach, Lida Township, tabled from the November 4th
meeting was discussed,.
and carried, to table until the June 2nd meeting.
Motion was made by Tom Stringer, seconded by George Walter

Split-Off - 94 foot parcel
At the April ?, I983 hearing on my application for the
above variance the matter was tabled by the Board to await my
consideration of an agreement to the effect that at no time in
the future would I use the split-off parcel in connection with
the resort being operated on the remaining portion of Sublot B.
I have considered the matter and wish to advise I will
agree to this restriction* and at no time will I carry on any
resort activity on the split-off parcel.
I trust you will consider this letter as sufficient to cover
the situation, and I will await your favorable action on my ap
plication.
