Explain your request:
I am purchasing the above property on a Contract for Deed and when the Contract
was to be paid I discovered that there were title problems. The property
has now been surveyed, a copy of which is attached andlam requesting a
variance to permit me to correct the legal description by entering into
boundary line agreements with Diane E. Stans the owner to the South and
Ruth G. Samuels and Lloyd E. Samuels the owners to the North and to permit
them to enter into said agreements to define the respective property lines.
In order to properly evaluate the situation, please provide as much supplementary information as possible, such as: maps, plans, information about surrounding property, etc. APPLICIANT SHALL BE PRESENT AT THE..^|-
