VARIANCE REQUESTED IS: When we purchased our property it was for seasonal use, we
were not too concerned about storms and that we could fend for ourselves. Now
that we are using the property for a permanent residence and with no basement
We are requesting to build a basement connectedunder our present dwelling,
to our home approximately 16 X I6 and in doing so add a room above the same size,
which would give us access and the protection we need from severe weather.
The structure would be located in the back of our existing dv/elling, barely
visible from the lake and with the drawing submitted we have the proper

MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by Randall Mann, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to approve a variance
of 33' from the required ordinary high water level setback of 75' for the construction of a 16 by 16 addition
to an existing dwelling 42' from the ordinary high water level. Hardship being a substandard lot of record.
