The audience was polled with no one speaking for or against the variance as requested. An email from Robert W. Fullerton in opposition to the variance as requested was read for the record. After discussion and consideration, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Paul Larson and unanimously carried, to declare Lot 3 Rogers Subdivision a build able lot for residential purposes. It was noted that the variance as approved is consistent with the other lots in this subdivision and will allow the applicant to enjoy the same rights and privileges as others in this development. The audience was polled with no one speaking for or against the variance as requested. Lot created in May of 1974. Requesting variance to have the lot declared buildable for residential purposes. The audience was polled with Ray DeBoever speaking for the variance as requested. After discussion and consideration, Michael Harris made a motion, second by Ken Erickson and unanimously carried, to approve the proposed development as described in the variance application dated April 25, 2007 and as depicted on the drawings submitted with the variance application. The proposed development will in a single story.
