Plans are to provide a handicap accessible restaurant with bar on the site. Approach access will be on Highway 31 along with boat parking to service area lakes. Boat parking space is subject to approval by the DNR. The interior seating capacity is 106 and the exterior deck seating capacity is 42 with a total seating of 148. Hours of operation will be determined by market needs and could range form 8 AM to 2 AM year round. Take out and delivery will also be provided. The intended signage will be a sail and mast no greater than 20 feet high and perpendicular to Highway 31 with ground level up lighting. There will be interior music speakers. Topographical - Remove existing approach/move material to new location at south corner of lot and add 100 yards of new granular fill to build approved approach with appropriate culvert. Place 900 yards of granular/crushed cement base for driveway and parking. Place 300 yards of granular fill inside building foundation for base to concrete floor. Strip 300 yards of top soil under parking lot and building pad. Reuse to back fill building and parking area.
