V MINUTES OF THE MEETING ■ OF THE OTTER TAIL COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT May 1, 1986 The Otter Tail County Board of Adjustment met Thursday, I'lay 1, 1986 with the following in attendance: Board Members: George Walter Victor Pederson John Everts Craig Anderson Roger Ilarty Marcus Weichman AssistantCounty Attorney: Wally Senyk Land & Resource Management: Tim Greip Chairman Walter opened the meeting at 7:00 p.m., and hearing no objections to' the minutes of the April 3, 1986 meeting declared same approved as mailed. 11 present rll to Order Lnutes approved The following applications for variance were heard: Donald Johnson, Pelican Rapids, MN, requested permission to convey a parcel of land between Lot 2, Block 1 of Sunset Bay and Cutlot A, with approximately 400' of lakeshore, 60,000 square feet, in Section 26, Scambler Township. Motion was made by Victor Pederson to approve, contingent upon surveyor's drawing. Ihe motion was seconded by Roger Marty and carried i:pon the following vote: Yes - all No - none Cif' anald Johnson Approved wI■5. Kermit Alton Prim, Barnesville, MN, requested permission to replace a trailer with a new trailer of larger size, resulting in. a request for variance of two feet on both side lot lines, on Parcel 17 of G.L. 1, Section 33, Lida Township. After consideration, motion was made by Roger Marty to grant approval, hardship being a si±istandard lot of record and the terrain. The motion was seconded by Craig Anderson and carried upon the following vote: ormit Prim Approved ! Jenson, Waterloow, Iowa, requested permission to remove' a 3' X 5' storage shed and replace with an 8' x 10' shed in a differ­ ent location 6' from ordinary high water mark, on lot 8, Sanda's Beach, Girard Township. After consideration, motion was made by Marcus Wiechmann to deny, no adeqviafe hardship shown.
