Board of Adjustment - 2 July 3, 1986
Kenneth Sabbe, Fergus Falls, MN, requested permission to erect a
24' X 24' garage five feet frem east property line, on Lot 7,
pleasure Beach Resort, Everts To\\’nship. After consideration,
motion was made by Craig Anderson to deny, no adequate hardship
shown. The motion was seconded by John Everts and carried with
the follCTving vote:

Keith & Donna Nevman, James L. & Beth E. Needham, purchasers, re
quested permission to split a parcel located in G.L. 2 & 3, Section
24, Elizabeth Township into tv^o parcels, one v/ith 18,800 square
feet, the other 20,300 squeire feet. The applicants were represented
by Glen Itoen, Realtor. After consideration, motion was made by Mar
cus Wiechmann to approve, reason being this is a piece of property
that is pre-ordinance, bounded by Jewett Lake, the road and other
properties, resulting in a residual piece of property meeting the
required frontage standards, has access and meets the criteria
of this sort of split approved in the past. The motion was seconded
by Victor Petterson but failed with the following vote:
