Motion was made by Van Ellig, seconded by Hub Nordgren and carried, to
appoint Norman Fjestad and Andy Leitch to the R.C.& D. Committee to represent West
Otter Tail County and the West Otter Tail Soil & Water Conservation District for the
calendar year 1 984 .
Carl Madsen of the U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service appeared before the
Board and outlined a new operation offered by the U. S. F WL Service commencing in
the spring of 1984 involving rent of restored wetlands, with a total of $3,000,000 to
be spent over the ne-xt ten years in Douglas, Grant and Otter Tail Counties.
Motion wasniade by Bert Hovland, seconded by Sydney Nelson and carried,
to approve the'plat of Martinson Subdivision (formerly G-M Subdivision) located in
