After discussion and consideration; Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Michael Harris and unanimously carried, to declare Lot 4 Block 2 Sumrher^Haven Beach First Addition, a. substandard back lot, buildable for non residential/non dwelling purposes. It was noted that the variance as approved is consistent with past . actions of the-Board in areas containing similar situations. It was also noted that permitting dwellings on the substandard back lots in this immediate area could potentially create over crowding issues.
