(6:48 p.m.) After discussion and consideration, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Michael Harris and unanimously carried, to declare Lot 4 Block 2 Summer Haven Beach First Addition, a substandard back lot, buildable for non residential/non dwelling purposes. It was noted that the variance as approved is consistent with past actions of the Board in areas containing similar situations. It was also noted that permitting dwellings on the substandard back lots in this immediate area could potentially create over crowding issues.
