of the west 210' remaining of Lot 9, Block 2, Oak Haven Beach, 2nd Add'n, Scambler
After consideration, motion was made by Thomas Stringer, seconded ty
Craiig Anderson and carried, to approve a split of the East 100' of the West 210'
of said lot, for reason no precedent being set, smallest of two parcels will have
in excess of 65,000 square feet.

set back from the holding tank a legal distance, with the southeast comer and the
southwest comers being equidistant from the ordinary high water mark, no greater
than 26' wide witlh the north side of house being within 12 feet of septic tank.
The motion was seconded by John Everts and carried, hardship being uniqueness of
terrain.
