EXPLAIN YOUR PROBLEM HERE:
This deviation is requested to eliminate the need for the removal of approximately 100 yards of dirt
and the removal of 6 trees, up to 6" in diameter. Please consider permitting me to set the garage back
20' from the property line with a 8^' side yard as per attached drawing.
If this request is denied, I shall be forced to cancel plans for building a garage, as there is no other
feasible way, to the location of the garage on this lot.
In order to properly evaluate the situation, please provide as much supplementary information as possible, such as: maps,
plans, information about surrounding property, etc.
