PROPOSED USE OF LAND:Roll back the front of the lot to a point 10 feet above the lakd
and 12 feet back from the shoreline. The area excavated to be landscaped using 3 tiers
on each side. This excavation would continue south approximately 40 feet to allow for
the building of a walk out cottage. This excavation would allow easier access to the
lakeshore, and would be in line with the adjoining lot to the east.
