Walter Hugli, Fergus Falls, MN, requested permission to build boathouse
2h feet fran lot line, as close to the shoreline as possible on Lots 15
and 16, Beauty Beach, Deer Lake, Everts Township. Clarence Ueke and
Sandra Thompson speaking. AFter consideration, motion was made by
Marcias Wiechraann to deny, no adequate hardship shown. The motion was
seconded by John Everts amending, making a substandard situation more
substandard. The motion carried upon the following vote:

Charles Robertson, Fargo, ND, requested permission to place a 14' x 60
mobile home 55' frcm ordinary high v/ater mark, on Lot 24, Block 1,
Pike Beach, Lake Tamarac, Scarribler Township. After consideration,
motion was made by Roger M^ti
the mobile hone be placed on the lot staying as far away frcm the lake
as possible, meeting the side iferd set back requirements. The motion
was seconded Craig Anderson, with the hardship being a substandard
lot of record, and carried upon the following vote:

to grant approval on the condition
Lawrence Weinhandl, Henning, f^N, reqioested permission to convey two_par
cels out of a 2.5 acre tract, one of 1 acre, the other 1.5 acres, in
the NE%NE% of Section 22, Inman Township. After consideration, motion
was made by Craig Anderson to approve on the condition the one acre
parcel be attached to a 2.5 acre parcel already owned by Vfeinhandl,
described in right angles, with the total ccmbined acreage in toe newly
created parcel being 3.5 acres, to be forever ccmbined. The motion
was seconded Robert Schwartz and carried ipon the following vote:

Patrick J. Kaveney, Dent, MN, requested permission to remove an old
cabin located next to house on Lots 3 & 4, A.i L. Peach Lakeshore, Star
Lake, in Dora Township, and build a 24' garage O' from lot line. After
consideration, motion was made by Roger Marty to grant a two foot
variance frcm side lot line, building no closer to lot line than eight
feet. The motion was seconded by John Eveorts and carried upon the
following vote:
All,voting in favor
Hearing no corrections to the minutes of the February 5th meeting,
Chairman Walter declared same approved as mailed.
