Dear Mr. Hovland:
On September 12, 1986, while in the area of Pelican Lake (56-786) 1 observed
your property at Touisant Heights. I noticed that you have failed to comply
with the requirements of Conditional Use Permit #3334.
We will not take legal action if you satisfactorily slope and stabilize the
area within 10 days.
The slope must be a minimum of 3 foot run per 1 foot drop,
be sodded and staked and the flatter area must be seeded to prevent further
erosion.
