Call to order Minutes approved The following applications for variance were considered: Dale Tibbetts, Pelican Rapids, MN requested permission to coistruct an 18' X 18' addition to bait shop, on property located in G.L. 4, Section 9, Lida Township. After consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Roger Marty and unanimously carried, to grant approval, hardship being a substandard lot of record, not alter­ ing or increasing a variance already in existance, no closer to lake, no side lot variance. Dale Tibbetts /^proved Elitia Richardson, Fargo, ND, requested permission to add a triangular piece of property 20' x 77' x 75' onto existing lot, selling off the balance of lot including a garage located on same. After consideration, motion was made by John Everts to deny, no adequate hardship shown, more importantly, should not be creating a more substandard lot than what already exists.
