Explain your problem here:
The lake cabin is a walkout basement with a flat roof. The roof after
19 years is leaking and in need of repair. The front wall is also in need
of repair, because no frost footing was installed in the first construction,
which we will repair first. We intend to add five feet to the rear on the
second floor, and extend out three feet to the front of the eocisting over
hang on the second floor for a screened in porchi This will change the cabin
size from 30*-8" X 21*-0" to 30*“8*' X 35*“0"« The new roof design will be
a Gambrel or Barn type roof. The lot size can not meet todays set backs for
lake frontage, because of this hardship we are asking for ihis variance^
