MN 56537 Application for variance board. The plans for enclosed variance is for Kim Kelly and Dan Mickelson. their lake home on Pelican Lake. The reason for the variance is to restructure a boat house that is need of repair to maintain its stability and to save it from total destruction and rebuild for safety concerns. The structure will not change in size or shape. It will consist of rebuilding the block foundation that you can see in the enclosed pictures and drawings.
