MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Robert Schwartz and unanimously carried, to approve the
proposed subdivision as requested with the condition that an area of at least 33’ from must be included to connect the
subdivided property to a public road and with the condition that a registered surveyor’s drawing, including new legal
descriptions, must be provided at the time of conveyance and recording.
