The approved variance on the south .side of our lot would put the utility shed toeclose (seven feet) from our septic system and therefore we are not in compliance. Allowing us i^move the shed to the other side of our lot, the shed will be twenty-eighyrom the road right-of-way and .six feet from the lot line. The shed will be twelve feet from the septic system, therefore in compliance with the original approved variance.
