JcD Motion Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by John Everts and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 43’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 75’ and a variance of 6’ from the required lot line setback of 10’ for the replacement of an existing flat roof with a pitched roof located ,32’ from the ordinary high water level and 4’ from the lot line. It was noted that the applicant’s proposed plans will place the structure no closer to the ordinary high water level than the existing structure. Hardship is a flat roof in need of major repairs.
