The applicants must provide a surveyor's drawing detailing the various additions and subtractions to the platted lots and provide statement that there are no property line disputes. This request Is a modification of existing substandard lots and does not create any additional substandard lots. The hardship being substandard lots of record with existing buildings that cross lot lines and a large amount of paved driveway crossing all three lots. Moerke, Fergus Falls, MN. requested a variance of 50' from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100' for the addition of a 12' by 14' all season sun room; a variance of 60’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100' and a variance of 10’ from the required shore impact zone setback of 50' for the construction of a deck that will surround the sun room addition. The property is described as part of Government Lot7, Section 11 of Elizabeth Township on Long Lake. The audience was polled with no one speaking for or against the request. Due to a scheduling conflict the applicants were unable to attend this hearing. After consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Dan Oehler and unanimously carried, to table this request until the May 6th, 1993 meeting. Jon Dorsey - Approved Jon Dorsey, Moorhead, MN, requested a variance of 2' from the required shore impact zone setback of 50' and a variance from the string line test for the construction of a 32’ by 34’ three season dwelling. The property is described as part of Government Lot 1, Section 30 of Hobart Township on Long Lake. The audience was polled with no one speaking for or against the request. After consideration, motion was made by John Everts, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to approve the application of the string line test for the construction of a 32' by 34’ three season dwelling. The granting of the string line test will keep the structure out of the impact zone. Hardship being a substandard lot of record. Jon Stanley Martin, Kenneth C. MN. requested a variance to change the property lines on property described as part of Lot 3, Lot 4 and Lot 5, Martin Knoll, Pelican Lake in Scam bier Township. The audience was polled with no one speaking for or against the request. After consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to approve a variance that would allow additions and subtractions to the platted lots and with the buildings grandfathered as to their existing positions.
