Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Cecil Femlinqand unanimously carrietLiCL H
approve a variance that would allow additions and subtractions to the platted lots and with the "
buildings grandfathered as to their existing positions. The applicants must provide a surveyor's
drawing ctetailing the various additions and subtractions to the platted lots and provide a
statement that there are no property line disputes. This request is a modification of existing
substandard lots and does not create any additional substandard lots. The hardship being
substandard lots of record with existing buildings that cross lot lines and a large amount of
paved driveway crossing all three lots. The property is well stabilized and granting this
variance request will limit the possibility of erosion that could occur by the retbbation of the
existing buildings and roads. [ J/
