Motion
Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Cecil Femling to deny the variance as requested as
the Board of Adjustment had previously heard and acted on the same request and there have been no
significant changes from the first public hearing to justify a second hearing on this request. No action
was taken on this motion as members of the Board of Adjustment were considering the possibility of
granting some other type of variance for the placement of the applicant holding tank in an alternative
location. After additional discussion and consideration, motion was made by Randall Mann, seconded
by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to deny the variance as requested.
