Motion was made by Cecil Femling, second by Robert Schwartz and unanimously carried, to approve the placement
of a septic tank being at least 12’ from the side lot line as depicted on the applicants’ drawing and being at least 10’
from the applicants’ garage and all other structures in the immediate area. It was noted that the board would prefer to
vary from the road/alley instead of a structure. It was also noted that any damage caused to the septic tank by it
placement in this location is the responsibility of the applicants. Hardship is a substandard lot of record.
