The motion was seconded by Dan Oehler and carried unanimously. N'ELSON - APPROVED James A. After consideration, motion was made by Victor Petterson, seconded by Carl Johnson and unanimously carried, to table until October. THOM - TABLED Kermith & Elaine Cybdal, Elbow Lake, Ml, requested permission to oon- struct a duelling 75' frcm shoreline of North Ten Mile Lake, on a par­ cel in G.L. 3, Section 21, Tumuli Township, and replace an existing boathouse 8' from side-lot line. After consideration, motion was made by John Everts, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to allow a 75' set-back for the dwelling, hardship being the best location on lot, to enjoy the same ri^ts and privileges as others enjoy, allowing building no closer than existing structure. Moti'Oi was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by John Eh^erts and carried, vdth Carl Johnscn and Victor Petterson voting "no", to deny the request for the replacement of the boathouse, no adequate hardship shown. Motion was made by Victor Petterson, secorded by Carl Johnson and carried with Craig Anderson voting "no", to reconsitfer this application, as no change frcm a previously denied application. After consideration, motion was made by Victor Petterson, seconded by Carl Johnson a;id carried, with Craig Anderson voting "no", to grant ^proval, on the condition that there be no other water orientated structure, or any other structure, hardship being the irregularity of the other buildings on the shoreline, and the property being a substandard lot of record.
