The motion was seconded by Victor Petterson and carried upon the following vote: Yes - all No - none i Veryl K. Johnson, Henning, MN^ requested permission to build an 8' x 10' storage building fifteen feet from shore, on Pt. Lot 5, Section 21, Leaf Lake Township. After consideration, motion was made by John Everts to deny for lack of hardship. The ^plication was then with­ drawn by Johnson prior bo a secbhd. Arthur H. Wagener, V\Iaconia, MNJ requested permission to split a 2.01 acre parcel with 400' of lakeshore, in G.L. 1, Section 15, Edna Tcwn­ ship, into two equal metes_^d bounds description parcels. Also appearing was JceEsser. After consideration, motion was made ty Victor Petterson, to approve prodded the split results in two buildable sites requiring no furttiei: variances, each lot having no less than 150' shoreline, 200' deep, apcarpanied by a surveyor's drawing. Hardship being practical disposal of a remnant piece of property.
