MOTION AS FOLLOWS:

Motion was made by George Walter to approve a 22' by 28’ garage. After additional discussion this motion was
withdrawn. After additional consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Randall Mann and carried
with Cecil Femling voting no, to approve the construction of an attached garage being no cioser to the side lot line than
the Northwesterly (road side) corner of the applicant’s house. The granting of the modified variance wiil grant the
applicants a reasonabie use of their property. Hardship is the unique shape of the applicants’ lot.
