VARIANCE REQUESTED IS:
With the construction of the new pole barn, the drain field runs
between 5 and 8 feet away from the building. Lot sketch is attached.
When we planned the location of the building, we did not have exact
septic or drain field drawings and we were relying on advice from the
previous owner of the property as to location of the drain field.
We would like to have a variance to leave the drain field where it
currently runs, 5 feet from the south corner of the pole barn and 8 feet
from the north corner. (l=> 10' )
In order to properly evaluate the situation, please provide as much supplementary Information as possible, such as: maps, plans,
Information about surrounding property, etc. APPLICANT SHALL BE PRESENT AT THE SCHEDULED HEARING.
