Motion was made by Randall Mann, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to deny the variance as
requested noting that this is a very congested area and to approve the variances necessary to place a privacy fence
between the corner of the boat house and the corner of the existing cabin adjacent to the concrete patio.
