Motion was made by Cecil Femling, seconded by David Holmgren and unanimously carried, to approve the
construction of a new dwelling as depicted on the applicant’s drawing with the following being noted by the Board of
Adjustment:
1. the proposed location is a better location than the site previously approved for Lots 1 and 2,
2. the applicant has contacted and will continue to work with the Land and Resource Department, and
3. this variance approval rescinds the variance previously approved on June 4, 1992 for Lots 1 and 2, Lake View
Beach.

Motion was made by Cecil Femltng to approve a 40' variance from the required 75' setback.
After additional discussion the motion died for lack of a second. After additional consideration,
motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Dan Oehler, to table this request until the June
4th meeting to allow other board members an opportunity to view this property and to allow the
applicant to make some additional measurements.
Motion was made by John Everts, seconded by Bert Olson and unanimously carried, to approve a
variance of 36' from the required ordinary high water level setback of 75' for the construction
of a cabin, grant.inn nf this variance will keep the applicant from building within the bluff
and bank area. Best locatiorTfor structures in this area is at a setback of 39'.
