After additional discussion and consideration, Randall Mann and Steve Schierer withdrew their motion. Randall Mann then made a motion, seconded by Steve Schierer and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 1.7’ from the required east lot line setback of 10’ for the renovating/rebuilding of an existing structure 8.3’ from the side lot line with the following conditions: 1.) any renovation or construction that occurs outside of the existing footprint must meet the 10’ side lot line setback requirement and, 2.) total impervious surface coverage cannot exceed 25%.
