(9:05 p.m.) After discussion and consideration, Paul Larson made a motion, second by Randall Mann and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 1 ’ from the required drain field setback of 10’ and a variance of 1 ’ 6” from the required septic tank setback of 10’ for the placement of a shed 9’ from the drain field and 8’ 6” from the septic tank with the condition that no more than 25% of the total lot area can be covered with impervious surfaces. Hardship is a substandard lot of record. The Board noted that the structure is a non dwelling structure and its placement will not pose a health issue. The variance as approved will provide the applicants with a reasonable use of there property.
