Motion was made by David Holmgren, second by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to approve a 7.5’ encroachment into the highway right-ofrway to accommodate the applicants’ holding tank with the condition that at such time CSAH No. 20 is reconstructed the applicants shall be responsible for all the costs associated with the removal, replacement and relocation of the holding tank. Granting this variance will provide the applicant with the ability to enjoy the same rights and privileges as others in the immediate area. It was noted that a licensed installer has recommended this location. The applicants’ lot is also a substandard lot of record.
