Resolve the concern expressed regarding the numbers of units allowed by the Shoreland Management Ordinance. 2. Allow the Applicant provide a plan to minimize the impact on the bluff area. 3. Allow the Applicant to consider a reduction (from revised plan) in the number of proposed units. 4. Allow the Applicant develop a plan addressing a centralized docking area. 5. Allow the Applicant develop a plan to address the potential for run-off onto neighboring property. 6. Allow the Applicant to consider the relocation of the driveway and approach off of County Highway #4. 7. Allow the Applicant to develop a plan addressing a recreational facility/playground area.
