OTTER TAIL COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
May 1, 1986
The Otter Tail County Board of Adjustinent met Thursday, Jlay 1, 1986
with the following in attendance:
Board Members: George Walter
Victor Pederson
John Everts
Craig Anderson
Roger Marty
Marcus Weichman
AssistantCounty Attorney: Wally Senyk
Land & Resource Management: Tim Greip

Chairman Walter opened the meeting at 7:00 p.m., and hearing no
objections to the minutes of the i^ril 3, 1986 meeting declared
same approved as mailed.

The following applications for variance were heard:
Donald Johnson, Pelican R^ids, MN, requested permission to convey a
parcel of land between Lot 2, Block 1 of Sunset Bay and Cutlot A,
with approximately 400' of lakeshore, 60,000 square feet, in Section
26, Scambler Township. Motion was made by Victor Pederson to approve,
contingent tpon surveyor's drawing. The motion was seconded by Roger
Marty and carried upon the following vote:

Kermit Alton Prim, Bcimesville, MN, requested permission to replace a
trailer with a new trailer of larger size, resulting in a request for
variance of two feet on both side lot lines, on Parcel 17 of G.L, 1,
Section 33, Lida Township. After consideration, motion was made by
Roger Marty to grant approval, hardship being a substandard lot of
record and the terrain. The motion was seconded by Craig Anderson
and carried upon the following vote:

Richard Simpson, Pelican Rapids, MN, requested permission to build a
14' X 12' patio 58' fron lake, on Lots 11 and 12, Henry's Hill,
Dunn Township. After consideration, motion was made by iVfercus VJiech-
mann to deny, no adequate hardship shown. The motion was seconded by
John Everts and carried upon the following vote:

Kenneth E. Jenson, Waterloow, Iowa, requested permission to remove'
a 3' X 5' storage shed and replace with an 8' x 10' shed in a differ

Wiechmann to deny, no adequate hardship shown, ihe motion was seconded
