a 29' X 12' scraen porch, 86' fron ordinary hi^ water marie cm Lake
Lizzie, part of G.L. 3, Section 32, Dunn Township. After oensideratien
motion was made by John E\^rts to allow a water orientated structure
of no more than 250 square feet. The moticn was withdrawn. Motion
was then made by John Ehrerts, seconded by George Walter and carried,
with Carl Johnson voting "no", Victor Petterson eibstaining, to deny,
no adequate hardship shown.
Vernon A. & Shirley Schroeder, Huntsville, Ala., requested permission
to purchase a triangular paroel, to be added to an existing triangular
parcel, in G.L. 2, Section 14, Edna Township, on Paul Lake, to make a rectangular larger piece of property. Roger Saizcima appeared repre
senting the Schroeders. After consideration, motion was made by Victor Petterson, seconded by Daniel Oehler and unanimously carried,
to approve as presented, hardship being able to improve a lake lot by irking it less svhstandard, also edlowing both parcels to retain
the grandfather rii^t of building.

was denied ipon motion made by Victor Petterson, seconded by John
EXrerts and unanimously carried.
The Ida Engstron matter, tabled from the ;^ril, May and June meetii^,
was denied vpon motion itade by Daniel O^er, seconded by Victor
Petterson and manimously carried.
Farmers State Bank of Dent, Dent, EN, requested permission to split
a 1.50 acre parcel in Section 27, Edna Tewnship, into two parcels.
Because no one appecured to represent the e^licant, motion was made
by Victor Petterson, seoonded by John Everts and ixianimously carried,
to table until the August meeting.
With no further business. Chairman Walter declared the meeting
adjourned at 9:05 p.m.
