After additional consideration, motion was made by George Walter to approve the centering of the drain field between the two houses by the granting of a 2' variance from the required 10' setback, subject to the approval of the adjacent property owner. This motion was later withdrawn. After further consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by John Everts and carried with Dan Oehler voting no. to deny the variance as requested as no adequate hardship had been shown.
