Explain your problem here:ViQ want to construct an addition to the cottage to contain a bathroom.
(holding tank is already in place.)
We want to build a 6 X 16 foot addition to the south side of the cottage. It will conform
to the existing roof line so as not to give a "patched on" app
The proposed addition will not obstaruct any present vehicular access to lakej it will not
obstruct any line of sight to the lake from any cottage.
The proposed bathroom in the addition would avoid a great deal of tearing up of the
interior of the cottage. (No one wants to be walking through someone's bedroom in the night
headed to the bathroom.)
The addition of an indoor bathroom will improve property values not detract than.
