James Elliott - Approved as modified and with conditions. (6:42 p.m.)
After discussion and consideration, Randall Mann made a motion, second by Rod Boyer and unanimously carried, to
approve a variance of 4’ from the required drain field setback of 10’ for the placement of a detached garage 6’ from
the drain field with the following conditions: 1.) impervious surfaces cannot exceed 25% of the total lot area, 2.) the
proposed garage must be at least 10’ from the side lot lines, and 3.) the proposed garage must be at least 20’ from the
road right-of-way. The Board noted that the variance as approved does provide the applicant with a reasonable use of
