James and Lorraine Elliott and Donald and Bernice Wadeson - Approved
Motion was made by Randall Mann, seconded by John Everts and unanimously carried, to approve a variance to fill in
the NW Corner of the existing cabin (6’ by 1T), to enclose the roofed area being approximately 6’ 9” from the
proposed lot line at its closest point and a variance to purchase a triangular piece (1,346 sq. ft.) from the adjacent
property owner for permanent attachment to Sub Lot J of Government Lot 6 with the condition that neither lot can
have impervious surfaces covering more than 25% of the total lot area. It should be noted that the adjacent property
owner is retaining approximately 107’ of shoreline and'20,000 square feet of area. Hardship is a substandard lot of
record.
