MOTION AS FOLLOWS':

Motion was made by John Everts, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to approve a variance
of 5' from the required side lot line setback of I O' and a variance of 5' from the required 10' septic tank
setback for the construction of a 20' by 28' garage. No variance is required from the road right of way setback
for this project. The variance from the septic tank setback is being granted because the structure is not a
dwelling. Hardship being a substandard lot of record.
