Beginning at a found iron monument which designates the north
easterly corner of Lot Eighteen (18) of "Engle's Beach" plat of which
is on file and of record in the office of the Recorder of said
County; thence South 79°45’00" West 20.50 feet on an assumed
bearing along the northerly line of said "Engle's Beach" to a
found iron monument on the West line of said Section One (1); thence
North 00°05'49" East 262.3-0 Feet along the West line of said
Section One (1); thence South S3°0S'06" East 570.58 feet to an iron
monument; thence South 06*^18’53" West to the shore line of Pelican
Lake thence along said shore line to the point where the extension
of the easterly line of "Engle's Beach" intersects the shore line
